Design a durable and fun bento-style lunch box for kids.

Responsibilities:

Design Strategy, Aesthetic ideation, Concept Development, User testing, Prototyping, DFM CAD, Tooling revisions

Key Design Decisions:

Ergonomics: Design the clips and other interaction points to be large, to help kids who have smaller hands. 

Safety: Ensure all parts are microwave safe to maximize functionality and reduce risk. 

Cleaning: Use a durable, dishwasher safe material for wear and tear prevention.  

Leak-Proof: Design the space between compartments to be leak-proof, so parents don’t have to worry about spills on the go.
